Information you give us. When you send an enquiry through the booking form, email us or call, we receive what you choose to tell us: usually your name, email address, phone number, event date, venue and what you are planning. We keep that so we can answer you and, if you book, run your event.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this one records basic usage data: which pages were viewed, roughly where the visit came from, the type of device and browser, and how visitors arrived. This is collected through Google Analytics and is used to understand which pages are useful. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Information we do not collect. There is no shop on this site. We never take card or bank details through it, and we do not ask for government identification. Payment for a booking is handled separately, through the booking platform, after a contract is in place.
Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, and those companies set their own cookies and receive data directly from your browser:
Each of those has its own privacy policy, which governs what it does with the data it receives. You can turn off cookies in your browser settings, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Analytics entirely. Blocking cookies may stop the booking form or the embedded videos working.
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and plan and perform at your event. We use usage data to improve the site.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. The only parties who see it are the service providers listed above, who process it on our behalf, and anyone we are legally required to disclose it to.
Enquiries are kept while we are in conversation with you, and booking records are kept afterwards for as long as we need them for accounting and tax purposes. If you would rather we deleted your enquiry, ask and we will.
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell or share it in the first place. Exercising any of these rights will not get you worse service.

This site is meant for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we will delete it.
If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will tell you when it last did.
